NOTE: Usually the sizes shown in the jeans of the large chains (eg Pull & Bear, Zara, etc.) are European sizes (EUR) so the corresponding Italian size is obtained with +4 (eg 34 EUR = 38 ITA).

You can check your size by measuring the waist from side to side and the crotch in front of one of your non-stretched high-waisted jeans stretched buttoned as in the figure below.
